Return Policy
Return Period:
Customers may return the product within 12 days from the date of purchase/delivery.
Eligible Conditions for Return:
A return is accepted only if the following conditions are fully met:

The product is unused, with no signs of installation.

The product is in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, labels, and protective films.

The factory serial number, stickers, QR codes, and seals must be intact.

The product must not have been connected to electrical power or exposed to mechanical damage.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

The inverter was installed, powered on, or connected to the solar system.

There are scratches, dents, marks, or traces of mounting (holes, cable marks, dust).

Packaging is missing or severely damaged.

The product shows electrical damage due to incorrect installation (overvoltage, polarity reversal, etc.).

The serial number or warranty sticker is removed or damaged.
-
The product was ordered specifically for the customer under a special order.
Warranty vs Return:
If the product has been installed and is malfunctioning, it is treated as a warranty case, not a return.
Warranty conditions follow the manufacturer’s rules (GoodWe — 2 years).
Return Process:

The customer must contact us and provide:
• Order number
• Product model and serial number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the unused product and packaging -
Our technical team reviews the request within 1–3 business days.

If approved, the customer ships the item back or brings it to our office.

After inspection, a refund or replacement is processed within 3–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
• If the return is due to seller mistake (wrong model, damaged during delivery), shipping is free for the customer.
• If the return is due to customer decision (changed mind, wrong choice), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
